Modified the AsynchReturnMsg as well as the AckMsg: From now on within these MSGs the data should be stored in the sttribute data of the corresponding child classes and not in the parent classes anymore. The Msg-Maker is already adopted accordingly (use versions 1.0.2.6 or newer).

Try to open connection three times to avoid error -1950678943 (Open connection timeout) on RT targets.

CS++ can now launch the PVProxy. The modificaytion should be compatible this the previous developments.

- Included OnlyConnect? Control in Connect Core.vis, necessary if the last PV of an actor has no URL defined.
- The Launch Associated GUI.vi always opens the front panel now.

Check, whether After Launch Init.vi was already called. It should be called only once during object lifetime.

PVProxy: Added the possibility to connect more than one URL to the same Msg. Within the ini-file the URls have to be separated via a comma. Note that the Msg itself has to be modified in order to find out which URL correspondents to which variable.
