Improve Launch CSPP_StartActor.vi with user defined event which becomed sent when CSPP_StartActor stopped.

Add abstract Msg that send the result of nested actor initialization to caller actor. Caller actor must write a derived message to nested actor prior to launch.

Rename instance name CSPP_StartActor to StartActor
Rename CSPP_StartActor property from NoRootApp to GuiWorkerCoupling.

Proxy: Deleted useless HandleLastAck and deleted creation of worker messages pvs. The monitors have to do this.

Wait for event registration before enering Actor Core.vi using occurrence to avoid loosing observer registration event.

Implement PV MessageConnection (LabVIEW message queue) and corresponding monitor actor. Rename CSPP_LNSubscriber to CSPP_PVSubscriber to be used to test PV protocols.

Corrected a small bug which occured if one actor has two different kind of PVs. In such a case only one "commit" was executed.
