Convert alarm name internally to upper case chan check for:
- "HIHI", HI_HI"
- "HI"
- "LO"
- "LOLO", "LO_LO"
- "ROC"
- "BOOLEAN"
- "STATUS"

Separate code from file, add some files to libraries/classes; delete obsolete files; repair some Introduction Core.vi's and Content.vi's.

That works for processes configured in configuration ini-file, only. Processes added or removed interactively are ignored for technical reason (missing attribute of ActiveX control).

Settings are now inheriting from CSPP_GUIActor Setting.lvclass.
Accept relative configuration path.

- Audible=True
- Priority Range to 1-599 in order to avoid Info and Debug messages.
Reason: setting this properties programmitically with values from ini file works but is not activated. No idea why.

Make DSC compatible again with all the changes made on the proxy and monitors (monitors try to create their pvs now not proxy)

Add public VI to read alarm process URLs from variant., so it can be used by e.g. GUI-Actors displaying some alarm summary.

Handle canceling of file dialog. Create and set Default diretory to <LabVIEW Data>\CSPP-HTV and default file name to CSPP-HTV_Actorname

Add HTV configuration file to Settings;Add file menu to Actor Core.vi and corresponding methods and messages.

Bugfix: Adding process to Alarm Viewer AciveX control is not sufficient. Subscription is necessary! Fixed!

Add all local processes if none was specified, only. (Did I (HB) really added all local processes?)

Corrected small bug in the UpdateFirst function of the DSCMonitor: Now it should work for all variables and not just for one.
