- Worked on the ArrowUp/Dwn Synch problem: In "PollingMode" it is much better now, but it can still be improved (do not use the PollingRate for this but check when the correct readback is coming)
- Solved the Table Flickering problem

Had to follow a modification in the DCPwr class (possibility to leave out the ChannelName entry in db)

Some bugfixes + Added first rudimentary version of Debug GUI (not tested yet, because the GUI is fast enough up to now) + Changed the ExtractPVTape.vi to be more flexible. It should be possible now to work with all kinds of names for channels / devices

Fixed some bugs + added Cursor behavior; Fgen and HVChannel seem to work now; still need to do more tests and clean up

Second step of the rework: Most things are already working, Save/Load has to be tested and the Enum stuff is not working yet

added new channel data for ISEG-EPICS (actually it is just a configuration for all PS which publishe all their values in SI units)

- fixed a bug, which occured when the typecast of one readback value was not working (because the variable wa for example not initialized): In this case also the readback of other variables was not working (readback now independant)

Updates were necessary due to changes in the FGen and DCPwr base classes (a class is needed to load and save data) => tested it with an agilent (no PS test yet)

- There was an "@" in the title even if no file was loaded
- Small startup bug in the ST_FGen

- Added SHIPTRAP FGen class
- Added possibility to have a column which is not directly connected to a PV but uses two other columns to calculate something (only 99% tested)

- made xml load default again (the other one is currently not working)

Width of the first column (channel name) is now determined by the largest channel name and not by the header
