    Add CS++RTMainActor with Linked Network Actor reacting on Ping.
    Use separate CS++RT.lvproj.
    User need to provide two derived classes for a specific application.
    - Derived class of CS++RTRootActor
      - Override: Update Watchdog Status Core.vi
    - CS++RTMainActor.lvclass
      - Implement RT-Loop
