Extent UHVHC_FuzzyControl actor, launch it from UHCHV_Main actor and send Fuizzy_Control_Msg in Update_DAQmx_Data.vi

Run profile only (not heating/colling) and publish elapsed profile time, set profile cursor to corresponding posision.

UHVHC_Main actor now publishes Temperature data in Cdeg and additional infos like enbale heating etc.
Target specific SV-Lib on host configured to bind to UHVHC_Main SV and alarm and logging.

Scale to temperatures; range monitoring, switch DO off if range is exceeded. (Needs update to deal with more DO modules.)

Remove unused AI channels; adjust AI range and terminal configuration; set polling interval ro 0.01s; add SV for polling dt

UHVHC now launches BNT_DAQmx-MCSV acotor. It works from LabVIEW, but RT.exe claims: VI not loadable, but not which one.
