Add Fuzzy Control Callback Msg to UHVHC_Main. PWMRations are calculated by the Fuzzy Controller and returns to UHVHC_Main which publishes them to PV.

Extent UHVHC_FuzzyControl actor, launch it from UHCHV_Main actor and send Fuizzy_Control_Msg in Update_DAQmx_Data.vi

Reset ElapsedProfileTime when reaching end of profile, uncheck Run Profile menu item when idle is received from PV.

Run profile only (not heating/colling) and publish elapsed profile time, set profile cursor to corresponding posision.

UHVHC_Main actor now publishes Temperature data in Cdeg and additional infos like enbale heating etc.
Target specific SV-Lib on host configured to bind to UHVHC_Main SV and alarm and logging.

Redesign fuzzy controller; fix bug switching off DO when AI out of range. (This became obvious when adding missing DO-Modules.)
