RecompileBMIL-FPGA and check watchdog behavior. It works, but HW signignal connection need to be checked!

Recompile FPGA with Counter input assigned to Connector1/DIO1 (Connector1/DIO0 is defect due to emergency power break)
Update description of interlock reason indicator in other VIs.

Handle AmbientTemperature=NaN for Pyrometer correctly.

Bugfix: Use correct SV for UX8QD12 set-value.

Bugfix in FPGA for Interval mode (FPGA rebuild). Bugfixes in BeamControlGUI and GasGUI, and some general cosmetics.

Put back valves for GasGUI. Cosmetics to BeamControlGUI.

Fixed Set Range for current indicators in Beam Control GUI. Remove interlock panel entirely from Gas GUI. Remove buffering from SVs in UTCS_AE lib.

Cosmetics for BeamControl and Gas GUIs. Created new Interlock GUI and added to ini and contents files.
