Python control scripts to work with FCMF hardware

Python Program to run on a RasPI connected with the MUPPET board and communicate with the open world via TCP (the program here sets up a TCP server).

The program can be used to log MQTT-Topics to SQLite database. It can also be used to query the SQLite database via MQTT.
