SHS Reference Calibrator: Include detection of rotation in manual calibration

Minor rotations of the MLA with respect to the camera chip lead to a detection of astigmatism, even when a perfect WF is present. Therefore, one could calculate this small rotation from the position of the focal spots and include that in the calculation of the reference spots.
