RayDataBuilder: Implement "image" light field

Implement a special RayDataBuilder which reads a (balck & white) image file together with x&y dimensions, total energy and creates a set of point ray sources for each pixel with given cone angle. This would allow for an easy image analysis using a fluence monitor (with binning strategy) as "camera".
