Generate Makefile automatically

Currently, the user needs to add compile/link directories manually to the FESA Makefiles: https://www-acc.gsi.de/wiki/Frontend/Silecs_2_4_x_CodeSnippets#Dependency_in_Makefile.specific

It would be nice if that would happen automatically. E.g. a dedicated Makefile.silecs which only needs to be included, so that the user does not need to specify concrete versions.
