There was a small bug with the precision of the TriggerDelay parameter (precision of 6 is not enough)

Changed reentrant settings of some devices to make driver more performant if more than one device is controlled from same PC

Added MDO30 driver + Corrected small bug in PossibleBooleanList of all attributes: This list needs to be saved per channel and not one for all (hopefully it works now)
