Add item 'acquisitionContextCol' to property 'Acquisition'

Since this spec already is very FAIR-specific, I would suggest to add 'acquisitionContextCol' (since that is what we use now)

If we want to make effort to make the spec non-FAIR specific, imo we should move all the references to FAIR specific stuff to some FAIR-extension/specialization later on. If that should happen first, I would suggest to keep this MR open, until it is done.
