[all] Slightly hardcoded implementation of XRootD Client+Manager+Server

To be run inside an OpenStack cluster set up by OpenStack-XRootD.

- IP addresses are hardcoded to the ones in the OpenStack configuration
- Solved some typos regarding with_item loops
- HTTP and XRootD both implemented
- HTTP and XRootD ports can be modified
