(1) Fix race condition between identity upcall disabled checking
    and the real identity upcall doing.
(2) Replace "CWARN" and "CERROR" about identity with "CDEBUG".
(3) Test scripts fix for SLES10 system and remote client test.
(4) Code indent related fix.
