LU-10652 tests: restructure sanity 133[f,g]
sanity 133f and 133g both get skipped in CLIENONLY mode, but tests are to run on clients on this mode. The fix separates code of the tests so that 133f tests clients, while 133g runs on servers. Then in CLIENTONLY mode only 133g is skipped.
