Replace CFS license headers with Sun headers

Adds a new library for userspace, multithread utilities. It inlcudes nidstrings.c
and parser.c (taken from lustre/utils).

The new include (libcfsutil.h) also includes platform.h which used to be in lustre/utils.
This includes defines for locks and condition variables, and eventually should be consolidated with
libcfs.h when that supports multithreaded apps.

Remove write permissions of files in the lustre-source RPM to avoid
any security risk.

Perhaps the libexecdir scripts patch was only partially applied or reverted. This
patch reverts the change apparently made to lustre.spec.in back to libdir. So
Terry can build the next RC.

* Run depmod after installing lustre-tests RPM, so that 'modprobe llog_test'
  will succeed

Revert this change since it caused build failures on RHEL 4.

Add files missed in last commit.  AFAIK I did things right but CVS shows
them as "Status: Entry Invalid" and won't let me add them except in a
fresh checkout.
