Fixed a Z correction from the TPCs and added missing variables as mentioned by JEL. aoq calculations using a4.
Added Gainshift function added by JEL earlier, you can choose to remove this function but you need to remove links in make files and also delete the include in FrsCal2Hit
Added MHTDC analysis by JEL and some missing variables.

This pull should make properly and I have also tested it on a macro jb_s101.C also committed.

N.B. AoQ still appears to be broken, idk why but it is off by a bit when comparing old and newly generated FRS data. Combing through the old FrsCal2Hit is a bit terrible right now since the changes are quite drastic.
