AO ControlChainCalibrator: Improve optimization of static electrode
The optimization of the static electrodes currently sets the electrodes to zero before applying the new value. This was thought to improve the reliability of the value for actuators with strong hysteresis (e.g. piezo-actuators). However, it seems to result in oscillating values around the optimum with bad convergence. Therefore, this zero-setting should be removed. It is also unnecessary for actuators with little hysteresis.
