Add function to OpticNode for resetting a node

Provide a function for "resetting" a (detector) node. This is necessary e.g. if nodes are placed in 3D (calc_node_positions). In this case a detector such as SpotDiagram already contains some data (her: spot of optical axis). It is necessary to clear the node data before the actual analysis starts.
