Address #67 (closed). Validation, generation, release and diagnostics commands now accept both direct filepath as well as the project path.

Only a few things missing:

silecs -c ~/workspace/MyFesaClass --> should as well run fine (same for DU)

silecs -m ~/workspace/MySilecsClass/src/MySilecsClass.silecsdesign --> should as well run fine (same for DU)
