Removed GSI specifics, making everything configurable. Added template files for configuration orientation. Added root user option to credentials.yml

Restructuring of playbooks, moved apt http proxy, update and upgrade to debian role, removed it from common role

To be run inside an OpenStack cluster set up by OpenStack-XRootD.

- IP addresses are hardcoded to the ones in the OpenStack configuration
- Solved some typos regarding with_item loops
- HTTP and XRootD both implemented
- HTTP and XRootD ports can be modified

All provisioning is now done by ansible
Added a anisble playbook and 3 roles datamanager, data server and client 
Changed the gitignore, Vagrantfile accordingly
