Reworked dataserver paths to be more configurable. Increased maximum filesize for nginx to 25GB. Upgraded to xrootd v5.0

Default generation of self-signed certs is off, added further options to specify location of certificate, added a few explanations

Improved firewalld configuration. Now generating firewalld config and nginx access list from same file configs/allowed-sources.txt

Added nginx basic ip based access rules. Changed configuration to move selection of credential file to command line

Added prototypical https access to LAP: Squid now able to handle both https and http requests and handle in the appropriate way, continuing internally with dynafed tier 1 in either http or https, depending on initial request. Modified templates accordingly

Added configurable ports for squid and dynafed, refactored, reorganized, fixed bug with squid not allowing to forward request. Removed unnecessary files, added more config options in credenitals.yml.

Added centos role. Updated squid ecap modifying adapter to be performant and allow writes. Updated squid.conf to incorporate ecap adapter changes. Now expecting debian stretch. Updated readme.

Restructuring of playbooks, moved apt http proxy, update and upgrade to debian role, removed it from common role
